MEMS oscillator, four clocks, one footprint
Frequency stability is ±25 ppm across the -20°C to 70°C commercial range — tight enough for a 100BASE-TX Ethernet PHY reference or a USB 2.0 clock without external trimming.
Supply flexibility and enable control
Runs from 2.25V to 3.6V, so it sits on a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate LDO. The Enable/Disable function lets firmware gate the unused outputs during sleep modes. The 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm body with 0.90 mm height fits tight mezzanine card stacks; the exposed pad under the QFN needs a thermal via array to keep the MEMS die within the temperature spec.
