Quad-output MEMS oscillator for clock-tree consolidation
The DSC400-3331Q0097KE1T is a four-output MEMS-based XO delivering one 16 MHz and three 50 MHz clock signals from a single 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm 20-VFQFN package — consolidating what would otherwise require four discrete oscillators or a clock generator plus external crystals. Each output can be independently configured as LVCMOS or LVDS, letting the same device drive both a low-speed MCU clock (LVCMOS) and a high-speed SerDes reference (LVDS) without a level translator.
The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range covers common 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an external LDO — one less part to qualify.
Temperature grade and deployment fit
This suits indoor telecom switches, networking equipment, office automation, and test instrumentation where ambient stays within a conditioned space.
