Quad-output MEMS oscillator for mixed-frequency boards
The DSC400-3133Q0100KI2T is a quad-output MEMS-based XO that delivers four independent frequencies from a single 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm 20-VFQFN package — 148.35 MHz and 148.5 MHz on output 1, 156.25 MHz on output 2, 25 MHz on output 3, and 197.8 MHz and 198 MHz on output 4. Each output can be configured as LVCMOS or LVDS, so the same oscillator drives a video PLL reference (148.5 MHz LVDS) and a system controller clock (25 MHz LVCMOS) without a fanout buffer.
The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range covers both 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails — no additional regulator is needed if the board already carries one of these voltages, simplifying the power tree. Frequency stability is ±25 ppm, tight enough for 148.5 MHz video clocking where a one-pixel timing error at 1080p60 is roughly 7.4 ns — the oscillator's jitter contribution stays well below that budget.
Active lifecycle — no end-of-life tracking required
The DSC400 series is a current product family; no successor or replacement part has been announced.
