Product details

Quad-output MEMS oscillator for multi-frequency timing trees

Output 1 provides 148.35MHz and 148.5MHz, Output 2 provides 156.25MHz, Output 3 provides 25MHz, and Output 4 provides 197.8MHz and 198MHz — all selectable via the LVCMOS or LVDS interface. This replaces up to four discrete oscillators on the board, saving layout space and reducing the BOM count.

The supply voltage range of 2.25V to 3.6V covers common 2.5V and 3.3V rails without an external regulator. Frequency stability is ±50ppm across the temperature range — sufficient for most Ethernet, video, and serial-data interfaces.
