Product details

Quad-output MEMS oscillator — one part, four clock trees

The DSC400-3133Q0100KE1T packs four independent output frequencies into a single 5.00mm x 3.20mm 20-VFQFN package: 148.35MHz/148.5MHz, 156.25MHz, 25MHz, and 197.8MHz/198MHz — covering video clocking (148.5 MHz), Ethernet reference (156.25 MHz), a common 25 MHz system clock, and a second video or data rate at 198 MHz. Outputs are configurable as LVCMOS or LVDS, and each output has its own enable/disable pin — you can gate individual clock domains without external buffers.

Supply range and temperature — indoor equipment only

Operating from 2.25V to 3.6V, the part works with common 2.5V and 3.3V rails, but the -20°C to +70°C temperature range limits it to commercial indoor environments — no outdoor telecom or engine-bay deployment without a wider-temperature variant.

Frequently asked questions

What are the output types of the DSC400-3133Q0100KE1T?

Each of the four outputs can be configured as LVCMOS or LVDS. This flexibility lets you drive a mix of single-ended and differential clock loads from one device.

Does the DSC400-3133Q0100KE1T have an enable/disable function?

Yes — the part has an enable/disable function per output, so you can shut down unused clock domains to save power without adding external logic.
