MEMS XO with four factory-programmed frequencies
The DSC400-3133Q0080KI1T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC400 series, delivering four independent output frequencies: two 148.35 MHz lanes, one 27 MHz, and one 25 MHz. Outputs are configurable as LVCMOS or LVDS, covering both single-ended and differential clock domains on the same device — useful when a SerDes reference and a logic clock share the same oscillator footprint.
Operating from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, this part runs on a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an intermediate LDO — the wide input range absorbs rail tolerance in multi-voltage systems.
20-VFQFN layout and sourcing posture
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height), the center thermal pad must be soldered to a ground-plane via array to meet the datasheet thermal resistance — a standard four-layer board with via-in-pad handles this cleanly.
