Four clocks from one MEMS can
The DSC400-3133Q0080KI1 is a MEMS-based XO that replaces four single-output oscillators with one 20-VFQFN package — a common BOM consolidation move when a board needs a 148.35 MHz reference for a SerDes, a 27 MHz for the USB PHY, and a 25 MHz for the Ethernet MAC. Outputs are configurable as LVCMOS or LVDS per channel — the two 148.35 MHz lanes can drive differential pairs at full speed, while the 27 MHz and 25 MHz run single-ended into the PHY clock inputs without extra level translation. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so a single 3.3 V rail or a 2.5 V rail feeds all four outputs without a dedicated regulator — the internal LDO cleans the rail for the MEMS core.
