Four-output MEMS clock source for multi-rail timing
The DSC400-3111Q0088KI2T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator from Microchip that delivers four independent output frequencies from a single 20-VFQFN package: a primary 148.25 MHz rail, a secondary 12 MHz / 24 MHz pair, a tertiary 25 MHz / 100 MHz pair, and a fourth 148.25 MHz copy. Outputs are configurable as LVCMOS or LVDS, letting the same part drive both a high-speed SerDes reference and a lower-frequency system clock without a separate fanout buffer.
The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range covers 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an external regulator — a single rail powers the entire clock tree.
Package footprint and board-level notes
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad, the 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm body has a 0.90 mm seated height — low enough for mezzanine card spacing in 1U rack equipment. Supplied on Tape & Reel (TR), consistent with automated pick-and-place for medium-to-high volume builds.
No minimum order quantity is assumed — quoted per your line item.
