Quad-output MEMS oscillator consolidates four clock domains
The DSC400-3111Q0088KE2T delivers four independent output frequencies from a single MEMS resonator — 148.25 MHz on outputs 1 and 4, 12/24 MHz on output 2, and 25/100 MHz on output 3 — replacing up to four discrete XOs and reducing BOM line count. Outputs are configurable as LVCMOS or LVDS, letting the same device drive a mix of logic families without external level translation. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering common 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails — no separate regulator needed for the oscillator.
Package and layout fit for space-constrained boards
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad, the 5.00 mm × 3.20 mm footprint and 0.90 mm height suit dense PCB stacks where height clearance is tight.
