Quad-output MEMS oscillator replaces four cans

The DSC400-3111Q0088KE2 packs four independent clock outputs into a single 5.00mm x 3.20mm 20-VFQFN package, eliminating the need for multiple quartz-can oscillators on the same board. Output 1 and output 4 both deliver 148.25 MHz, output 2 provides 12 MHz or 24 MHz, and output 3 delivers 25 MHz or 100 MHz — all from one MEMS resonator. Each output can be independently configured as LVCMOS or LVDS, so a single part can drive a 148.25 MHz LVDS SerDes reference on one lane and a 25 MHz LVCMOS logic clock on another.

Operates from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering the common 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an extra regulator.
