Quad-output MEMS oscillator – one device replaces four cans

It generates 148.25 MHz on outputs 1 and 4, 12 MHz and 24 MHz on output 2, and 25 MHz and 100 MHz on output 3, all referenced to a MEMS resonator. Outputs are configurable as LVCMOS or LVDS, letting the same oscillator feed both a high-speed SerDes reference and a lower-frequency system clock without a separate fanout buffer.

Operating from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, the oscillator spans the common 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an external regulator.
