MEMS quad-output clock source for dense boards
A single 20-VFQFN exposed pad package replaces up to four discrete oscillators, freeing board area and simplifying routing on multi-lane SerDes or Ethernet switch designs.
Supply range and output control flexibility
Operates from a wide 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply, letting it share a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an extra LDO — useful when the FPGA or ASIC bank voltage is already present.
Commercial temperature grade and stability
The 0.90 mm height and 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm footprint fit standard 20-VFQFN land patterns; the exposed pad needs a thermal via array under the package to keep the MEMS die at a uniform temperature.
No pin-compatible second source is documented within the DSC400 family — the order code defines the output frequency configuration.
