The DSC400-2222Q0105KE2 is a MEMS-based XO that delivers four independent LVPECL output frequencies from a single resonator: 200 MHz, 156.25 MHz, 125 MHz, and 100 MHz. Frequency stability is ±25 ppm across the -20°C to +70°C commercial temperature range, and the device operates from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply rail.
With a supply range spanning 2.25V to 3.6V, this oscillator can share a 2.5V or 3.3V rail, eliminating a dedicated LDO in many designs.
The four LVPECL outputs are fixed at 200 MHz, 156.25 MHz, 125 MHz, and 100 MHz. These frequencies are factory-programmed and cannot be changed in the field.
