Four LVPECL clocks from one 5.00x3.20 mm QFN
The DSC400-2222Q0104KI2T packs four independent LVPECL outputs — 125 MHz, 100 MHz, 200 MHz, and 156.25 MHz — into a single package measuring 5.00 x 3.20 mm. That replaces up to four discrete oscillators on the board, freeing layout space and reducing BOM line count. For a 125 MHz LVPECL clock, that keeps the edge placement within a few picoseconds of nominal over temperature.
Supply flexibility and output control
Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so it runs directly from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an intermediate regulator. LVPECL outputs deliver the differential swing needed for high-speed SerDes, FPGA reference clocks, or Ethernet PHY interfaces. The 0.90 mm height keeps it low-profile for mezzanine cards or blade servers where board-to-board clearance is tight.
Microchip lists the DSC400-2222Q0104KI2T as Active.
