Quad LVPECL clock generator for multi-rate serial links
The DSC400-2222Q0104KI2 delivers four independent LVPECL outputs at 125 MHz, 100 MHz, 200 MHz, and 156.25 MHz from a single MEMS resonator — no separate quartz crystals for each frequency. The ±25 ppm stability over the -40 to 85 °C industrial range keeps the jitter budget within the limits of 1 GbE and PCIe Gen 1/2 reference clocks without an external VCXO.
Wide supply voltage and MEMS reliability
The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range lets the oscillator run directly from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail — no intermediate LDO needed.
20-VFQFN package and board layout
Housed in a 20-lead VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm × 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height), the package requires a thermal via pattern under the paddle for proper heat transfer.
