Quad LVPECL clock from one MEMS die
The DSC400-2222Q0104KI1T integrates four independent LVPECL outputs — 125 MHz, 100 MHz, 200 MHz, and 156.25 MHz — from a single MEMS resonator, replacing up to four discrete oscillators on the clock tree.
Rated -40 to +85 °C with ±50 ppm frequency stability, the oscillator keeps the four clock edges within tolerance across the industrial temperature band — no commercial-grade derating needed for motor drive or outdoor base-station applications. The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range lets it run from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an external regulator, simplifying the power tree in mixed-voltage designs.

The 5.00 x 3.20 mm, 20-lead VFQFN with exposed pad requires a thermal via array under the paddle for adequate heat sinking — the datasheet's recommended footprint includes a 3.2 x 2.2 mm pad with nine thermal vias.
