Quad LVPECL clock from one MEMS die
The DSC400-2222Q0104KI1 is a MEMS-based XO that delivers four independent LVPECL outputs — 125 MHz, 100 MHz, 200 MHz, and 156.25 MHz — from a single 20-VFQFN package with exposed pad.
Operates from 2.25 V to 3.6 V — the wide margin means the same BOM entry works on a 2.5 V FPGA bank and a 3.3 V PHY rail without a separate regulator. Rated for -40°C to 85°C with ±50 ppm frequency stability; that stability band covers the full temperature range, so the 156.25 MHz output stays inside the Ethernet MAC's ppm budget across the industrial ambient.
Enable/Disable and package fit
The 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm body with 0.90 mm height fits standard 20-VFQFN land patterns; the exposed pad requires a thermal via array under the package to pull heat into the ground plane, not a separate heatsink.
