Four-frequency MEMS XO with LVPECL outputs
The DSC400-2222Q0104KE2T is a MEMS-based XO that replaces four discrete oscillators with a single 20-VFQFN package, outputting 125 MHz, 100 MHz, 200 MHz, and 156.25 MHz on separate LVPECL lanes. Frequency stability is ±25 ppm across the -20°C to +70°C commercial range — tight enough for most 1G/10G Ethernet and PCIe reference clocks without needing a TCXO. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so it runs from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an extra LDO.
Enable/disable and package layout notes
The 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 x 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height) needs a thermal via pattern under the pad for heat sinking; the 0.50 mm pitch QFN pads fan out on a standard 4-layer board.
