The DSC400-2222Q0104KE1T delivers four independent LVPECL clock outputs from one MEMS resonator: 125 MHz, 100 MHz, 200 MHz, and 156.25 MHz — a common set for 10GbE MAC/PHY, FPGA transceiver reference, and PCIe Gen3 root-complex clocks.
Supply-rail flexibility and output control
Operating from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, this XO can be powered directly from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an intermediate LDO — the wide tolerance absorbs rail ripple up to 100 mVpp without degrading the ±50 ppm stability.
