MEMS XO with LVPECL – what it replaces on the clock tree
The DSC400-2222Q0047KE1T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that generates four output frequencies: 3.8 MHz, 4 MHz, 4 MHz, and 3.8 MHz, all delivered as LVPECL differential signals from a single 20-VFQFN package.
Supply rail and temperature – board-level fit check
Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so it runs from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an extra LDO — the wide range also absorbs rail ripple up to 100 mV without degrading the ±50 ppm stability. It fits indoor equipment, office networking, and telecom central-office racks, but not outdoor base stations or under-hood electronics where -40°C is required.
