The DSC400-2222Q0022KI2T is a MEMS-based XO that generates four independent LVPECL outputs: two at 125 MHz and two at 100 MHz — a single 5.00 mm × 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm tall 20-VFQFN package replaces four discrete oscillators, freeing board area and reducing per-BOM line-item count.

Operating from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, the oscillator accepts both 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without a dedicated LDO — a single supply rail can feed the oscillator and the downstream FPGA or ASIC bank, reducing regulator count and PCB trace routing complexity.
