MEMS oscillator with four clock lanes
The DSC400-1444Q0060KI1 is a MEMS-based XO that delivers three 100 MHz lanes and one 25 MHz lane simultaneously, in HCSL or LVCMOS output formats — a single package replaces four discrete oscillators on the board. Its 2.25V to 3.6V supply range lets it run off a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an intermediate regulator, and the ±50 ppm frequency stability keeps the clock edge jitter within the timing budget for 100 MHz SERDES or DDR interfaces.
Industrial temperature grade and package fit
Rated for –40°C to +85°C, this oscillator suits outdoor telecom cabinets, factory-floor controllers, and engine-bay-adjacent electronics where the ambient temperature cycles daily. The VFQFN with exposed pad requires a thermal via array under the pad for heat sinking — the datasheet recommends a via pattern tied to the ground plane. An Enable/Disable pin lets the system shut down unused clock lanes for power savings during sleep modes.
Active lifecycle and sourcing posture
It is available for both new design-ins and production replenishment through independent distribution. Quoted to order against your BOM quantity; availability and current pricing confirmed at RFQ. No pin-compatible second source is listed, but the DSC400 family shares the same footprint across frequency configurations — the base product number DSC400 covers the series.
