Product details

Four-output MEMS clock source for mixed-speed buses

This DSC400-1444Q0060KE1 delivers three 100 MHz outputs and one 25 MHz output from a single MEMS resonator — consolidating what would otherwise require two discrete oscillators. The 100 MHz lanes serve high-speed interfaces like PCIe or SerDes reference clocks; the 25 MHz lane typically feeds an Ethernet PHY or a low-speed controller. Outputs are configurable as HCSL or LVCMOS, so the same part can drive a differential clock bus (HCSL) or single-ended logic (LVCMOS) without a level translator.

Supply voltage tolerance and temperature grade

Rated for 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply, the oscillator runs directly off a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an intermediate LDO.

Frequently asked questions

Can I run this oscillator from a 2.5 V supply?

Yes. The supply range is 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so a 2.5 V rail is well within spec. Output swing scales with Vdd — LVCMOS levels track the supply, and HCSL has its own differential voltage compliance.
