Quad-output MEMS oscillator for multi-rail clock trees

Outputs 1–3 are each configurable to 100 MHz or 125 MHz; output 4 is configurable to 25 MHz or 125 MHz, all with HCSL or LVCMOS logic levels.

Supply and control interface

Operates from a single 2.25V to 3.6V supply rail, covering common 2.5V and 3.3V logic domains without an external regulator.
