Active production – four MEMS clock outputs in one package

It replaces the board space and routing complexity of four discrete quartz oscillators with one device that outputs 24 MHz, 25 MHz, 200 MHz, and 150 MHz simultaneously. Each output can be configured as LVCMOS or LVDS, giving the designer flexibility to drive both single-ended and differential clock domains from the same IC. The enable/disable function lets firmware gate unused outputs to save power during idle states.

The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range covers common 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an external regulator.

The 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height) requires a thermal pad on the PCB for proper heat dissipation.
