Active MEMS clock source with four independent outputs
The DSC400-1311Q0076KI1 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC400 series, delivering four fixed-frequency outputs: 24 MHz, 25 MHz, 200 MHz, and 150 MHz. Each output can be independently configured as LVCMOS or LVDS, giving you a single-chip clock source for mixed-signal boards that need both a low-frequency reference and a high-speed serial clock.
The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range covers common 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an extra regulator.
