Active MEMS XO with four independent clock outputs
It replaces the need for multiple discrete oscillators on a board, saving PCB area and reducing BOM line count. Outputs are factory-programmed to 24 MHz, 25 MHz, 200 MHz, and 150 MHz, selectable as LVCMOS or LVDS per the datasheet configuration. The ±25 ppm frequency stability covers most Ethernet, USB, and general-purpose serial interface requirements without external tuning.
Operates from a 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply rail, covering common 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic domains. This suits indoor telecom, networking switches, and office equipment but does not meet industrial or automotive ambient extremes. The 0.90 mm height and 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm footprint fit tight card-edge or mezzanine layouts.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.
