Four clocks from one MEMS oscillator
The DSC400-1311Q0076KE2 packs four independent output frequencies into a single 20-VFQFN package — 24 MHz, 25 MHz, 200 MHz, and 150 MHz — using a MEMS resonator instead of a quartz crystal. Two outputs are LVCMOS (24 MHz and 25 MHz) for logic or interface clocks; the other two are LVDS (200 MHz and 150 MHz) for high-speed serial links or SerDes reference clocks.
Supply rail flexibility and enable control
The wide supply range of 2.25V to 3.6V lets this oscillator run directly from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail — no extra LDO needed.
The 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height) requires a thermal pad on the PCB for heat dissipation — the centre pad must be soldered to a ground plane pour for proper thermal and electrical connection. The low 0.90 mm profile suits dense mezzanine cards or blade assemblies where height is constrained.
Product status is Active per Microchip — no EOL notice, no last-time-buy window.
