What this MEMS clock chip does on the board
The DSC400-1311Q0076KE1 is a MEMS-based XO (standard oscillator) that outputs four independent clock frequencies: 24 MHz, 25 MHz, 200 MHz, and 150 MHz. Outputs are configurable as LVCMOS or LVDS, and the device includes an Enable/Disable function — useful for power-gating clock trees in multi-rail systems.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00mm x 3.20mm, 0.90mm height).
Supply voltage and frequency stability
Operates from 2.25V to 3.6V — a single rail covers 2.5V and 3.3V logic families without an external regulator.
Suitable for new designs today.
