Quad-output MEMS oscillator — one package replaces four cans
The DSC400-1133Q0113KI2T is a quad-output MEMS XO that delivers four independent clock frequencies from a single 5.0mm x 3.2mm 20-VFQFN package: 100MHz, 156.25MHz, 125MHz (two outputs), and 25MHz. That covers a typical FPGA or SoC clock tree — Ethernet MAC (125MHz), PCIe reference (100MHz), serial transceiver (156.25MHz), and a slow logic clock (25MHz) — without four separate crystal cans. Outputs are configurable as LVCMOS or LVDS, so the same part can drive a single-ended clock input on one lane and a differential pair on another.
The supply range of 2.25V to 3.6V covers 2.5V and 3.3V rails without an external regulator.
Microchip lists the DSC400-1133Q0113KI2T as Active.
