Product details

Four clocks from one MEMS die

The DSC400-1133Q0079KI2T packs four independent output frequencies into a single 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm 20-VFQFN package — 100 MHz, 100 MHz, 66.666 MHz, and 25 MHz — replacing up to four discrete oscillators on the same BOM line. Each output can be configured as LVCMOS or LVDS, so the same part serves both single-ended clock trees and differential SerDes reference inputs without an external level translator.

A 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply rail means the oscillator can run directly from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an extra LDO — one less component on the power tree.

Supplied in tape & reel (TR) — the 20-VFQFN exposed pad package is JEDEC-standard for automated pick-and-place.

Frequently asked questions

What are the exact output frequencies of the DSC400-1133Q0079KI2T?

Four outputs: 100 MHz, 100 MHz, 66.666 MHz, and 25 MHz. The first two are identical at 100 MHz; the third is 66.666 MHz (common for Ethernet reference clocks); the fourth is 25 MHz (typical for PCIe or USB reference).
