Active quad-output MEMS oscillator – 100/100/66.666/25 MHz
The DSC400-1133Q0079KE2T is an active-production XO (Standard) MEMS oscillator from Microchip delivering four independent clock outputs: two at 100 MHz, one at 66.666 MHz, and one at 25 MHz. Outputs are configurable as LVCMOS or LVDS, covering the common logic levels for FPGA reference clocks, Ethernet PHYs, and SoC core clocks from a single device.
Supply range and enable/disable function
Runs from 2.25 V to 3.6 V — covers 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without a separate regulator; the Enable/Disable pin lets a system controller gate the outputs for power sequencing or test modes.
