MEMS resonator replaces four quartz oscillators
The DSC400-1133Q0079KE1T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that generates four independent clock frequencies from a single silicon resonator: 100 MHz, 100 MHz, 66.666 MHz, and 25 MHz. Outputs are configurable as LVCMOS or LVDS — LVDS for differential clock distribution to high-speed SerDes or FPGA reference inputs, LVCMOS for single-ended logic families.
20-VFQFN package and board layout notes
Housed in a VFQFN with exposed pad, 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height — the exposed paddle must be soldered to a ground-plane via array for thermal and electrical connection. The 0.90 mm profile fits under heatsinks or in tight card-edge clearance zones common in 1U rack-mount gear.
