MEMS oscillator with three fixed-frequency outputs
The DSC400-1111Q0111KI2 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that replaces a quartz crystal and three discrete oscillators with a single 20-VFQFN package. It delivers three independent LVCMOS clock outputs at 25 MHz, 20 MHz, and 24 MHz from a single MEMS resonator. The enable/disable function lets the system gate individual outputs without a separate clock buffer, saving board space and reducing the component count on the clock tree.
Industrial temperature grade and supply flexibility
Rated for -40°C to +85°C operation, the oscillator suits outdoor telecom cabinets, factory-floor controllers, and engine-bay electronics without requiring a wider-temperature or military-grade part. The supply voltage range of 2.25 V to 3.6 V covers common 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails, so the same BOM line can be used across multiple power domains without a separate voltage regulator for the oscillator.
Active production and sourcing posture
The DSC400-1111Q0111KI2 carries an active product status from Microchip Technology. It is available for new designs and can be sourced through independent distribution channels; availability and current pricing are confirmed at RFQ against the BOM quantity.
Package and board-level fit
The 20-VFQFN with exposed pad measures 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The exposed pad requires a thermal land on the PCB for proper solder-joint reliability and heat dissipation; the pad pattern should follow the manufacturer's recommended footprint.
