Four fixed-frequency clock outputs in one package
The DSC400-1111Q0111KI1T integrates a MEMS resonator with four independent LVCMOS output buffers, delivering 25 MHz, 20 MHz, and 24 MHz frequencies from a single 20-VFQFN package. This replaces up to four discrete crystal oscillators on the board — the BOM count drops while keeping the timing tree independent per rail.
Operating from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, the LVCMOS outputs are compatible with 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic families without an external level translator. An enable/disable function on the oscillator allows the outputs to be tri-stated — useful for power gating unused clock domains during low-power sleep modes.
The 20-VFQFN exposed pad package (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height) requires a thermal land on the PCB for proper heat dissipation and mechanical stability.
