Four-output MEMS clock in a single QFN footprint
The DSC400-1111Q0111KE2T is a MEMS-based XO that generates three independent LVCMOS clock outputs — 25 MHz, 20 MHz, and 24 MHz — from one 20-VFQFN package with an exposed pad for thermal relief. A single oscillator replaces three discrete cans, saving board area and reducing BOM line count.
Stability and supply tolerance for industrial timing
The supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, covering both 2.5V and 3.3V rails directly. No extra LDO is needed if the rail drifts within that window.
Microchip lists the DSC400-1111Q0111KE2T as Active.
The 20-VFQFN package measures 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a 0.90 mm height — low-profile enough for mezzanine cards and tight enclosures. Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR), compatible with automated pick-and-place assembly.
