Four-output MEMS XO: 25/20/24 MHz LVCMOS
The DSC400-1111Q0111KE1T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC400 series, delivering three fixed LVCMOS output frequencies: 25 MHz, 20 MHz, and 24 MHz. The MEMS resonator eliminates the quartz crystal's start-up and aging drift, and the enable/disable function lets you gate the outputs without removing power.
Supply range and temperature grade
Operates from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering both 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an intermediate regulator. The commercial temperature range of -20°C to 70°C fits indoor equipment, office peripherals, and telecom line cards — but not engine-bay or outdoor pole-mount enclosures.
Package and layout note
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height). The exposed thermal pad must be soldered to a ground-plane island on the PCB for heat sinking; the 0.50 mm pitch QFN demands a solder-paste stencil aperture matched to the datasheet footprint recommendation to avoid bridging.
