Four clocks from one MEMS resonator
The DSC400-1111Q0110KI2T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that generates four independent LVCMOS output frequencies from a single silicon resonator: 12 MHz, 15 MHz, 40 MHz, and 13 MHz. This replaces up to four discrete crystal oscillators on the board, saving footprint and reducing BOM line count.
Supply voltage and output compatibility
Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so the oscillator runs directly from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without an external LDO.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm × 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height), the package requires a thermal pad on the PCB for heat dissipation. Supplied on tape & reel (TR), compatible with automated pick-and-place assembly. The low 0.90 mm profile suits dense mezzanine-card stacks where height is constrained.
