The DSC400-1111Q0110KI2 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that replaces up to four discrete crystal oscillators with a single 20-VFQFN package, outputting 12 MHz, 15 MHz, 40 MHz, and 13 MHz LVCMOS clocks from one device.
Supply and output flexibility for mixed-voltage designs
The 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range lets the oscillator run directly from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail — no extra LDO needed on the clock power input.
Package and board integration notes
The 20-VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height) requires a thermal via array under the paddle for heat sinking — the datasheet layout recommendation should be followed to keep junction temperature within limits.
