Four fixed clocks from one MEMS die
The DSC400-1111Q0110KE2 is a MEMS-based XO that outputs four independent LVCMOS clock signals at 12 MHz, 15 MHz, 40 MHz, and 13 MHz — no programming, no external crystal, just power and enable. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so the same part works on a 2.5 V FPGA bank or a 3.3 V processor rail — one BOM line for both domains.
20-VFQFN layout and thermal pad
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with exposed pad, 5.00 mm × 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height.
Lifecycle status is Active per Microchip. Supplied in tube. If your pick-and-place line runs tape-and-reel, confirm the packaging variant at RFQ — the base product number DSC400 carries multiple reel options.
