Four clocks from one MEMS die
Operating supply spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so the part sits comfortably on a 3.3 V rail with margin for ripple, and can also run from a 2.5 V or 3.0 V supply without a separate regulator. LVCMOS output levels track the supply rail — at 3.3 V the output swing meets the VIH/VIL thresholds of standard 3.3 V logic families (LVTTL, LVCMOS33) directly.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN with an exposed pad (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height), the thermal pad must be soldered to a ground plane for rated thermal performance — the datasheet land pattern is the reference.
No pin-compatible second source is documented, but the DSC400 series includes multiple frequency-configurable variants if a different output mix is needed.
