Product details

Quad-output MEMS XO with a fixed 25/24/24/25 MHz plan

The DSC400-1111Q0095KI1 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC400 series, delivering four LVCMOS clock outputs at a fixed frequency plan: 25 MHz on outputs 1 and 4, 24 MHz on outputs 2 and 3. This quad-output architecture replaces up to four discrete oscillators, saving board space and reducing BOM line count — the 20-VFQFN exposed-pad package measures 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a 0.90 mm seated height.

Rated for a 2.25V to 3.6V supply range, this oscillator runs on either a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate order code — one part number covers both common logic voltages.

It remains available for both new design-ins and ongoing production builds.

Frequently asked questions

Is the DSC400-1111Q0095KI1 compatible with a 3.3V supply?

Yes. The supply voltage range is 2.25V to 3.6V, so both 3.3V and 2.5V rails are within spec. No external regulator or level shifter is needed between the rail and the VDD pin.
