MEMS-based quad-output clock source
The DSC400-1111Q0095KE1T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that delivers four independent LVCMOS clock outputs: two at 25 MHz and two at 24 MHz. It replaces up to four discrete crystal oscillators, saving board space and reducing BOM line count. Frequency stability is rated at ±50 ppm across the -20°C to 70°C commercial temperature range, which is adequate for most Ethernet, USB, and general-purpose digital clocks but not for precision timing applications like GPS or telecom stratum.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN exposed pad package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a low profile of 0.90 mm, this oscillator is suitable for space-constrained PCB layouts. The supply voltage range of 2.25 V to 3.6 V covers common logic rails used in FPGAs, SoCs, and microcontrollers, eliminating the need for a separate voltage regulator for the oscillator.
