Four clocks from one MEMS resonator
This oscillator outputs four independent LVCMOS clock signals: two at 25 MHz and two at 24 MHz.
Supply range and enable logic
The 2.25V to 3.6V supply voltage covers both 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without an external regulator — a single part can serve different power domains across a product family. When disabled, the output goes into a high-impedance state (tri-state), not just a logic-low drive.
20-VFQFN footprint and thermal pad
The 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm, 20-lead VFQFN package with an exposed pad requires a thermal via array under the pad for adequate heat transfer. The 0.90 mm height fits standard 1.6 mm PCB stack-ups with clearance for conformal coating.
