MEMS quad-output clock for multi-rail SoC clock trees
The DSC400-1111Q0091KI1T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC400 series, delivering four independent LVCMOS outputs at 12 MHz, 24 MHz, 48 MHz, and 14.25 MHz from a single packaged device. With ±50 ppm frequency stability and a 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range, it replaces four discrete crystal oscillators on the board, saving layout area and reducing BOM line count. The Enable/Disable function lets firmware gate each output independently for power-down modes or test isolation without external muxing.
Housed in a 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm height), the exposed pad requires a thermal via array under the package to dissipate heat from the MEMS die and output drivers.
