Four clocks from one MEMS oscillator
The DSC400-1111Q0091KE1T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that delivers four independent LVCMOS clock outputs from a single package — 12 MHz, 24 MHz, 48 MHz, and 14.25 MHz. That replaces up to four quartz oscillators on the board, freeing layout area and cutting the BOM count.
Supply rail flexibility and temperature range
Runs from 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so it sits comfortably on either a 2.5 V or 3.3 V rail without a separate LDO.
VFQFN with exposed pad, 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height. The pad is also the only ground return for the MEMS die, so a poor solder joint under the pad can cause frequency jitter. Will it survive hot air? Yes — the VFQFN is a standard reflow package. The exposed pad wets well if the stencil aperture is sized for 50-60% coverage. No hidden thermal mass traps — the part reflows cleanly at a standard SAC305 profile.
The base product number DSC400 covers a family of multi-output MEMS oscillators; if the frequency set changes in a future board spin, a different variant in the same package and pinout may fit without a layout change.
