MEMS quad-output clock – four frequencies, one package

It outputs four independent LVCMOS clocks at 10 MHz, 27 MHz, 148.5 MHz, and 125 MHz, all from one device.

Supply range is 2.25V to 3.6V, covering 2.5V and 3.3V rails directly. The LVCMOS outputs swing rail-to-rail, so at 3.3V supply the outputs are 3.3V-compatible; at 2.5V supply they are 2.5V-compatible. No external level translation needed.

The 20-VFQFN with exposed pad measures 5.00mm x 3.20mm and stands 0.90mm tall.
