Four-frequency MEMS clock source
The DSC400-1111Q0090KE1T is a quad-output MEMS-based XO from Microchip's DSC400 series, delivering four independent LVCMOS clock signals from a single 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm 20-VFQFN package. The four output frequencies are 10 MHz, 27 MHz, 148.5 MHz, and 125 MHz — a combination common in video broadcast and networking equipment where a single reference synchronizes both baseband and interface clocks.
Supply voltage and stability
Operates from 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply, covering the 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails common in mixed-voltage digital designs.
It is orderable for new designs and volume builds.
