Four-frequency MEMS oscillator for multi-rail clock trees
The DSC400-1111Q0090KE1 is a MEMS-based XO that delivers four independent LVCMOS clock outputs from a single package — 10 MHz, 27 MHz, 148.5 MHz, and 125 MHz — each with ±50 ppm stability over -20°C to +70°C.
Supply voltage and output compatibility
All four outputs are LVCMOS, so they interface directly with standard digital logic inputs (FPGA, ASIC, MCU) without level translation, as long as the receiver's Vih/Vil thresholds are compatible with the oscillator's output swing at the chosen supply voltage.
Package and layout consideration
The VFQFN with exposed pad (5.00 mm × 3.20 mm body, 0.90 mm height) needs a thermal via array under the pad to conduct heat to the ground plane — without it, the junction temperature rises above the datasheet limit in still air.
It is orderable today for both prototype and production quantities.
