MEMS resonator, four clock outputs from one package
The DSC400-1111Q0085KI1 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that replaces up to four discrete quartz oscillators with a single 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package measuring 5.00 mm × 3.20 mm and standing 0.90 mm off the board. It delivers three 25 MHz outputs and one 125 MHz output in LVCMOS logic, all from a 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply rail — a common clocking scheme for a processor core, a peripheral bus, and a high-speed serial interface.
Industrial temperature grade and ±50 ppm stability
Frequency stability of ±50 ppm holds the clock edge within 1250 ps of nominal at 125 MHz — tight enough for a 100BASE-TX PHY reference without external trimming.
